Looking for artists/animators for "Anata no" (unpaid but profit sharing)

Hi everyone! So the title kinda speaks for itself: I'm looking for artists and animators for my first longer visual novel, titled "Anata no". I need a sprite artist, a background artist, and (if possible) an animator for occasional cutscenes.
It is an anime-style game about someone going to a far away boarding school. She is genderqueer and is posing as a boy at the school— that is, until her four closest guy friends, one by one, find out that she is a girl. There are four endings that end in a pairing with her and one of the guys, one ending where she remains single, and (possibly) one harem ending.
Preferably, all of the endings are animated, along with a couple scenes in the beginning, and some special scenes along the way. The initial work will be unpaid, but I will share profits (I mean, unless you don't want any money?).
