Looking for BG Artist familiar with Hong Kong Landscapes

This is a long shot but are there any background artist who is from Hong Kong or very familiar with Hong Kong cityscapes, or love watching Hong Kong movies from the 80s and 90s?
This is for a very short visual novel which will be offered for free, but I'm willing to offer paid work. Can't offer too much details for now as this project will only go ahead if there's a right artist for it.
