[PJ] *sigh* Looking for Character Colourist

#1 Post by Yang Sei Fu » Sun Apr 17, 2005 9:36 pm

Apparantly, we have a bit of a problem...again.
Our BG artist and colourist has refused to colour our character artwork. He has a grudge about the other artist. Figures.

Now, we are looking for a character colourist. For more information, please send examples of your character colouring and inquire at:

jt_revolution@hotmail.com

And visit: http://ClearWind.web1000.com mirrored at http://CWDS.hp.infoseek.co.jp .

Colourists, we need your help!

Sometimes it can be troublesome when your teammates do not cooperate with each other. Can't help you out much, but good luck with your search.

Yeah, it's sad in a way, when I saw the thread I thought oh no, another PJ setback... it's a long wait. Still, I can't help (obviously) and all I can offer is also "yet another good luck". Sorry. :(

Still, I can't go around this, considering CWDS a pro team, this shouldn't happen. When we had a situation with our 3D artists, the boss called in everyone and they had to speak out, and (what a surprise) in 30 minutes everything was back on track. Of course I don't know what kind of work spaces you guys have, so yes, if you are working mostly from home, it's a difficult task to keep up good mood at times. :?

The quality you're looking for is just to over my head.

Have you tried gaia.com? There are a lot of excellent artists there that might either do it for free or charge a gamegold commission.

Yeah, that's what I meant, sorry. I still think of it as go-gaia myself, and it hasn't been that for a year.
