Know of any Indie Movie / Animation Studios?

Does anyone know of Movie / Animation studios that create original videos at Indie rates?
For example, for the opening cinematic of a game, or similarly, for music videos such as the ones made by the group Gorillaz (anime style), or the one I have linked below (sort of a hybrid anime/realistic style, as some Japanese artists use when starting their music careers).
I'd like to form a list of studios, in order to seek quotes for 2-3 minute videos coherently produced around existing songs/lyrics (i.e. depicting the story / song to an extent).
