Twine as visual novel engine?

Hi all!.
This thread is aimed at everyone, but especially to programmers and enthusiasts of Visual Novels
Thanks to this forum, a few days ago I downloaded two programs (Monogatari and WebStoryEngine)
I noticed that these programs have great capacity and seem to be created with JavaScript and CSS.
Although it was easy to learn to build a story in these programs, I finally did not succeed in uploading to the internet.
(Because I have little knowledge to lodge files in webhost..etc.
I have asked for help with a step-by-step tutorial, but they do not help me)
To solve this problem, I thought that it is possible to use the online platform called "Twine".
Twine allows JavaScript and CSS to be used, so my idea is to develop a JavaScript and CSS code, to turn Twine into an online Engine.
(Attention!. By saying "turn Twine into an online engine", I mean a Twine that has an appearance similar to the visual novel (images, sprays, character, text box, menu choices ..))
**multimedia files (images, video, gift, audio ..), can be hosted on google drive
It's possible?
Here a videotutorial of how Twine can have the appearance of VN.
