Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.

We're a new group called Intrigue Games, run by Godline(Bee) and Warden(Jess).
Firstly a little about us! We're both based in Australia and have several ideas for VN's that we hope to give to the world.
Some of them are obviously on the back-burner at the moment but we have one larger project we're working on and a modern AU version of it for NaNoRenO.
A little about our project:
Our current project is a medieval fantasy, set in a world of our creation. It revolves around the MC and a strange connection she develops with a dragon who attacks her town. The story includes four routes with multiple different endings and unique events through out. While the VN is an otome, there is also a secret BL story within it. The script for this VN is currently at 11k, we plan to release it by chapters with each chapter being around 15-20k, the estimated word count for the project being 150-200k.
We have BG's being created, currently in lineart stage with 3/10 backgrounds nearly done. Sprite linearts have been completed and are moving into colouring stage.
For NaNoRenO we're doing a modern day AU with the same characters from our main story to help us get more of a feel of the characters and their relationships with each other.
We are looking for a CG artist who is adaptable and blends well into a team environment.
Forms of payment are open for discussion and that, as well as price, can be negotiated. If the applicant is interested, there is also the option of them being a partner.
The applicant, in applying agrees that they should be able to:
Work with a deadline
Communicate within the team
Able to handle constructive criticism
Provide progress shots and be adaptable to edits early in the process
Previous experience with VN making is not necessary, but you should be able to provide examples of other work.
Applicant needs to be comfortable drawing in a fantasy, medieval and modern setting. They should also be comfortable drawing men of different statures and features as well as babies and a family type of setting. Combat poses, scenes are a plus. We are planning to make a NSFW patch for the game but it isn't required of you, but it would be a bonus.
If you do not have a google account, or have a deathly fear of forms, feel free to chat via discord.
