Here's a very simple, somewhat spoilery guide. Made for completionists. Bad ends are required to unlock all cgs and endings.
The first half is dedicated to whether you'll end up on a boy's route or the common ending. In order to end up on a boy's route, you MUST get a full 3 points. The second half will determine whether you get a lovey-dovey ending or the rejection ending.
Note: 0 = Let the timer run out.

To unlock the true ending you have to get one of the lovey-dovey endings first. After that, go through the common route. A new menu will be unlocked.
