Hello, I'm new here.
I'm a game programmer and the first commercial game I worked on was Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Portable (僕は友達が少ない ぽーたぶる)
Which seems like ages ago. I wanted to back to working on Visual Novels so I started making my own little framework using Unity. So far it's going well, but for now there is no Visual Novel yet, only the "engine" part and it's unfinished.

I worked using Live2D for haganai, so I wanted to use it for this project too. I don't see many VNs that use Live2D, do people not really enjoy it? or is it just because it's harder to make than regular 2D sprites?

My goal is to be able to create a very stable framework now, so that then I can keep making more and more stories in the future.
The point of using Unity is to also be able to make decent mini games for the VN, although not necessary for many.

I'm rambling, so I just wanted to say hi and say that this forum looks very active and friendly.
