It's hard to vote for a fitting title without knowing anything about the game itself.
In terms of how the titles sound, not taking into account the story, God Complex has the most pleasing quality since it has the same vowel sound "o" in each word. Hubris is also good because it's a simple, one-word title that has a lot of meaning.
