Watashi Suzume is a kinetic, semi-linear visual novel that follows the exploits of Ayumi Suzume, and her friends after her untimely death and passing.
Together, Ayumi must work together with her friends in not only solving the mystery behind her own death, but to also help them solve their own personal problems should they arise.
With a colorful cast of characters, WS aims to tell a story about how important the friendships we form in life are, and how far we would go to help out the ones we love.

Choice remembrance — Every choice is tallied as you progress through the story of WS, depending on the decisions you make Suzume's story can end several different ways. Some choices will change the locations you visit, dialogue, and the very fate of characters themselves.
Two completely different stories — Depending on the choices you make, the entire narrative of the story changes from one act to the other, each with their own set of goals and specific events tailored to them, as well as their own unique endings.
Sub Stories — Several smaller stories are unlocked as you play through the main story of WS, the purpose of these being to flesh out the game's world more and give you more depth and immersion and to fill in gaps that may have left you scratching your head during the main section.
The end result is how you save Suzume's spirit from being erased, but how much of a friendship she cultivates with those involved in her journey will affect just how that journey ends.
