Karen would consider her life fairly standard. There's just one thing. Her brother, Dennith, is a star prodigy. His talent? Making body pillows! From their first design up to the final stages of manufacturing, Dennith has mastered the craft of creating body pillows...and Karen couldn't be more embarrassed about it.
Now she lives in a place where everyone is just as weird as her older brother. The humiliation, the dread, the awkward conversations or screaming fangirls...it's about high time that it ends.
In 2 days, Dennith will be exhibiting his most recent design at the biggest anime convention in the world: WeeCon. The summer is almost over, the troubles keep escalating and Dennith seems to be completely incompetent about his finances.
So this time, for once in her life, Karen decides to take action...
KAREN "Just who are you talking to? And what are you talking about? Nobody's getting married!"
The seemingly only "normal" person who lives here. She hates helping Dennith work on body pillows...but hey, at least it pays the bills.
DENNITH "Our collective fortune shall be so grand that even the Duke of Naples is thrown into fits of jealousy!"

The story/premise is really interesting, and it's non-romantic which is really rare :O

Oooh, maybe extra background stories or something? Learning more about characters? Like character cards could unlock an extra line of info or something!

Hey jj thank you very much for your feedback! I honestly don't know what inspired the crazy mind of lepeachdebob to make this :P but I'm glad you found it interesting. A lot of the time visual novels are conflated with dating sims so a non-romantic one seems to be "off-brand"!
In terms of unlockable achievements character cards are a good idea! Duly noted :)
Hello all :) Progress on the game has been going really well! So we decided to share some of the things that have been going on!
Here will just be a compiled summary of all the updates as of now!
The computer screen has been fully implemented into the game now!
Moreover, work on the BONUS menu is well underway and will be completed as soon as all the endings have been done.
It's fair to say that now 80% of the endings are technically playable (which means it's the right time to consider how bonus content is going to work).
All of the endings from the writer (lepeach) have been fully written as well as all of the Afterstories. Hurray!
In order to reward multiple playthroughs, after you unlocked all endings of a certain colour, the player will be granted extra bonus content (these features are currently being worked into the bonus menu above). Well what kind of content can you find?
Afterstories (kinetic novels taking place after the main events of the game)
Devnotes (processes of game development and other fun details)
Character cards (which change as the game progresses! detailing more about the characters that you know)
A CG/music Gallery (which is fairly standard)
A list of your completed endings and achievements...
And more to see!

And on the tumblr is a detailed account of how the game is going to be split up (between these 2 choices) which develop into separate yet interconnected story arcs. You can only unlock the second choice if you have at least 3 endings.
