I'm a concept artist and I had experience working for a Mobile game developer GUMI for 4 years as Brave Frontier character concept artist.

Basic Character Concept Sheets US$ 160
Basic concept for a Character Concept, Included Front-Back design, and some simple details like Equipment/weapon design.
Detailed Character Concept Sheets US$220
Detailed concept sheets, can be more than 1-2 sheets to include more design.
Content included: Front-Side-Back design, Character Portrait Art (Poses), Character Face Portraits, Outfits Details including their inner outfits (if layered) and Details of their Armor, Weapon and Equipment detail with some mechanism concept (if needed), and some character sample expressions (Optional)
Concept Sheets for Artbook US$450
If you need to make a limited/special Mini Artbook or a compilation for your Character Concept, can be used as Kickstarter/Project limited Rewards.
Multiple pages depend on the requirements.
Content Included: Specially designed for Artbook Pages, Character Detailed Concepts, some character poses, weapon and equipment details, Character Expression samples, some Grayscale Concept CG for the character (if needed), Character Poses and the Front Cover
