[Paid] Looking for GUI Artist

#1 Post by vapidrabbit » Wed Aug 19, 2020 5:39 am

Hello, I'm working on a sci-fi/ comedy visual novel and I'm looking for someone to do the GUI. This is paid work. Please let me know your portfolio, your rates, and your estimated time to completion. I'm looking for someone who can stick to the quoted time frame.

Here's a link to a version of the demo for the project https://raisingstakesmedia.itch.io/my-l ... ce-hotline. The name was shortened and I changed it to Ren'py. Most of the first episode is done except for the GUI and the logo. I'm going to end up taking that Itch.io page down when the first episode is completed with a new demo, but it gives an idea of the project.

Hello! I am a Ren'Py programmer and GUI designer. I think a well crafted GUI, that matches the game theme, is as important as the other aspects of the game. I was just looking for this kind of one time job. I usually make all the assets required for the GUI on Photoshop/Illustrator and I worked on some adult Ren'Py games previously.
I don't have any fixed rates for this kind of work also I don't think there are any universal rates for stuffs like this. I usually like to discuss about the work first and come to a conclusion after determining the difficulty of coding and making assets for the whole GUI (Main menu, Pause menu/game menu/navigation, quick menu, save screen, preference screen and confirmation dialogue) or the parts you want to be modified. But, no worries, we can discuss and negotiate this.
Currently I have a lot of free time to put into coding so deadlines/time frames is not an issue for me. Just let me know your preferred target date.
If you are interested and you want to see my work and discuss this further then please contact me on Discord at RockStar8@3101 or we can continue here if you don't have discord.
