My Eyes Life (Full Title: While Preparing For a Bath I Accidentally Summoned an Eyeless Demon!? The Fate of My Eyes Is On The Line: My Daily Life With Mr. Eyes) is a visual novel inspired by the Creepypasta "Mr. Eyes"(Original: https://web.archive.org/web/20140719051 ... i/Mr._Eyes) (Modified/Edited Down Revision: https://theghostinmymachine.com/2018/07 ... s-mr-eyes/). [We went more with the vaguer revised version of the story to have more creative liberty.]

After a long day at work, Ethan accidentally summons Mr. Eyes in the middle of the night while attempting to take a bath. As per the summoning rules, he must stay awake continuously until he wins Mr. Eyes' game or else Ethan will lose his eyes. What will he do in order to stay awake until he wins the game? How will his relationship with Mr. Eyes grow during the time they're forced to stay around each other?

Tonally, this game is leaning towards being silly. There won't be any direct body horror/graphic horror imagery shown. At worst it may be implied.

I don't know if it really has a good monster that could make a cameo, but one of my favourites is the Russian Sleep Experiment. Maybe you could fit in a reference to that somehow with how Ethan is supposed to stay awake to win the game?

You know, after reviewing the differences between the original Creepypasta Wiki version and the later one posted on Ghost Machine... (I personally am far more familiar with the GM version.) It seems that whenever the original was written they were intentionally calling back to the Russian sleep experiment. So I think something along those lines would be a great fit as a reference!
