VNConf 2021 talk submissions are open!

Hi all, it's that time of year again! VNConf is set to happen Jan 23, 2021.
The annual VN online-only developer's conference is back and looking for speakers!

As we enter our 5th (!!) year we're trying out a new talk selection process. There's 2 pools of submissions, the normal "private" pool where conference staff select the talks directly. There's also a new "public" pool where we'll let the community vote on their favorite talks to accept.

Submitters are free to submit talks to one, or both pools. They can submit the same talk, or different talks.
At the end of the day, people will give at most 1 talk on conference day, and staff will finagle the select details to make it work.

We've had 4 years of success with this conference and I hope people are excited to give a talk this year too.
