I found out about it through some video. The URL is https://www.kartridge.com/, and you can view a sample listing at https://www.kartridge.com/games/voonle/ ... -episode-1 although you have to download the client. I think it looks nice and uploading wasn't too difficult.
There aren't a lot of visual novels on there, so if you have a completed one you can maybe upload it. I figured I'd give the heads up.
