LAST DELIVERY
Synopsis: It's been a month since I've been brought into this room by that girl. She says that there's nothing left outside; that the world has ended. Considering how she dresses and how we met… I can believe that.
This apartment is safe, she says. And over that radio she tells me to sit tight as she finds me something to eat. She had never missed a food delivery so far, and was always a little too quick to radio back. But she hasn't been responding for quite awhile, and she's missed both lunch and dinner now….
I'm hungry, and more importantly: I'm worried. I fiddled around with the radio and stumbled upon another communication channel. They're telling me things that don't line up with what she's been telling me. Who am I supposed to believe here? It's not like I remember anything that would be of any use in deciding that.
I can't be holed up in this room forever. I feel that I need to see what's out there for myself. And I want to see you again.

Summary:
The protagonist's last memory is being saved from noxious gas by a mysterious girl dressed in a hazmat suit with a gas mask. He can't remember anything before that, but that girl has been telling him that there's nothing left of humanity. He believes her, and stays in an apartment she tells him is safe. She'd bring him food thrice a day, and he'd radio her to keep himself company; until one day she doesn't respond to his messages.
In his desperation, he stumbles upon other communication channels and finds out that what she's been telling him is a lie. He leaves the apartment, and finds out from a group of survivors that the world ended due to an alien invasion. He grows to like a girl within the group of survivors, but chooses to return to the apartment out of concern for the girl he initially met. He either begins spending more time with the survivors or with the girl, but eventually he discovers a third girl; one who outright claims to be an alien. Yet, he is fascinated by her, as she is fascinated by him. The player can choose between the choices of these 3 "routes" to find out about what has happened to the world around him.
Route A: Delivery Girl
We eventually find out the delivery girl sporting full hazmat gear is actually an alien as well. Though her attraction for him is unnatural, they still feel for each other nonetheless. The drama in this route revolves around coming to terms with what they are and how the people around them view their relationship.
Route B: Survivor Girl
Through her, we slowly see how humanity hopes to survive and triumph over the alien invasion. It is a route of hope; yet the future remains bleak. The drama revolves around the protagonist being a little "removed" from the situation as he can't understand how bad it is "right now", having not remembered anything from before.
Route C: Alien Girl
A route with only a bad end. No matter how they try, the alien girl cannot see the protagonist as her equal despite how fond she is of him. It is a tragic route, but one that reflects how things are just not meant to be. This route shows us the nature of the aliens and their invasion.
Normal Route
The protagonist doesn't end up with any of the girls, but slowly starts to get a hang of navigating this new world without the help of the delivery girl.
Bad Ends
Involves the protagonist or the girls dying due to their conflict. Can also be an end where the protagonist succumbs to hopelessness.
