[OPEN] Modern fantasy otome looking for co-writer and background artist

Hello!
My name is Ageha and I'm currently working on a game called Silver Crown Bakery. For now I am working alone, but I'd love to get some help with writing and background art.
Premise. Viderna is a continent inhabited by four different races: Avians - race able able to fly in the skies, Merfolk - race able to live underwater, Agni - race able to resist even most scorching heat, Elves - races able to maneuver even through thickest jungle. In the beginning all for races relied heavily on their unique bodies and magic to achieve their goals. But as technology progressed and use of magic became restricted, people relied more on electronics and their mind. These days their society is not that different from ours.
The heroine is a young Avian woman opening a bakery of her dreams. She'll have to struggle with keeping the bakery open, appeasing her father and dealing with her employees.
Who I am looking for:
[*]Co-writer - Expected workload per route is around 60,000 words. A detailed outline is ready for use, so co-writer will just have to follow it. Suggestions are always welcome, of course.
[*]Background artist - It's hard to predict the exact number of backgrounds that need to be done, but it should be 15-25. It also depends on how much the artist wants to invest in this game.
Reward:
This is a free project, however, my plan is to create an 18+ DLC or possibly even set up a Patreon for this game. In that case, everyone involved in the development will be rewarded accordingly.
