Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. Hi, I need an artist that can draw a few(15-25) BGs before the end of August. $20 per BG $500 in total 25 BGs.

Hi. Just showing some concerns, I hope you won't feel bad.
If the style you are looking is anime, August as deadline is too much for any artist, and that 15-25 BGs in a rush till month end is really impossible and could be detrimental to someone's health if they overwork and pursue such amount and deadline. They need time to rest as well.

20USD is also not worth it. Unless there is certain really really easy style you aim that can be done in 1-2 hours. 3 hours max but not always.
And unless the artist is a greenhorn, or don't know what they're getting into, no one can/should agree to that.

But if ever the style you aim is really easy, then I guess, these things I mentioned won't be an issue.
