I would highly recommend working with Ruslana. I commissioned them to create background artwork for approximately 14 unique settings in my project, making for about 35 pieces including variations and other assets. From my end, I provided a pre-prepared document containing a few sentences of description, short specifications of critical details, and a reference image for each background.
Their work closely matched what I'd envisioned virtually every single time - and on the very first go for that matter. It's no exaggeration to say I was astonished by the accuracy to what I'd imagined at times. I only requested a change once over 6-7 months - and only because I had overlooked specifying not to include certain objects in the background. They resolved this and provided versions both with and without the objects.
I also commissioned a couple of unconventional assets and CGs involving vehicles, which came out nicely. The works were delivered within the expected timeframe, and there were even times when they'd present drafts for multiple backgrounds at once.
Overall, my experience working with Ruslana was very enjoyable, and I'd recommend working with them as well.
