I tried my first edit of a project. I chose jedit and (Win11?) warned me that it cannot comply because I wasn't allowed to do updates!
I am the Administrator!
So I installed jedit separately.
How do I tell Ren'Py to use the installed jedit?
What's throwing the non-Admin error?
Best,
GypsyFly

Re: Not an Admin message when installing jedit
Got it working! I got around it. With jEdit, we've started our first VN.
I'm past the intro, did 3 backgrounds, many lines of dialogue and a menu.
SIL is excited! She's working as fast as she can to complete the story and graphics.
