Please help me, what can I do to solve this problem ? (see attached files)
I didn't mess up the code since I didn't touch it, I already tried to close and re-open the Renpy Launcher.
I don't know what to do

Just use another font. You're probably using a paid font, what you're seeing is basically like the watermark for that limited font.

As stated above, the issue is that you're using a font with a license that restricts embedding and distributing.
I never knew fonts actually had the means to enforce that.
Your options are pretty limited here.
Either buy a license for the font (could get costly) or find another font that is licensed for the type of use you need.
fonts.google.com hosts a range of royalty free options you can use without worry.
