Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.
Hi! I'm a generalist/programmer trying to start a visual novel studio. Would any writer or artist be up for a rev-share project? The project would be set in a high fantasy world. It is currently in the brainstorming phase. There have been ideas and a sketch, but nothing is complete yet.

I've been programming in Ren'py and Python on and off for over 10 years. I'd be doing the programming and helping everywhere else that needs assistance. I also have a capable composer on board. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly.
