i have a layeredimage with an emotion image and a sprite being shown. i want the emotion to complete an alpha and yoffset transformation (move downward and disappear as it goes). for some reason if yoffset is positive, the sprite will move upward, and the emotion will fade away but not move.
if i make yoffset negative, then everything works exactly as it should, but i would prefer that the emotion image goes down the screen instead of up it. i've messed around with the whole thing for a while, but i'm getting the same results every time.
