I'm working on this game for a jam. Mostly my goal was to learn how to implement minigames and push myself with the sprite movements. I'm... Not there yet, but considering the short amount of time and working retail full time (and my boss gave me covid this week so I'm not doing great ), I'm pretty proud of what I achieved.

No beta reader, so probably typo infested, and missing some CGs, sprites, and backgrounds. Just... roll with it.

Anyway here's the playable demo in all of its wonky glory:

It's a comedy/mystery with horror themes about a guy joining a paranormal detective agency. It's not going to be super deep, just a fun ride for me to improve as a dev.

Private Eye Agency got selected for the Screamless Game Jam showcase! Feeling proud and excited to start this year with great news.

I'm currently working on the missing CGs and stuff, I hope y'all will play the full release if you enjoyed the Demo!

The demo got updated with some typo fixes, added CGs and flavour text and a better menu screen (full UI still pending)!

Currently wrestling with updating the rest of the UI... If I had a budget, I'd probably hire someone to do it, I'm not a graphic designer...

For now, it will have to do, even if it's wonky.
