A kind of defect of navigation with arrow keys (8.2)

Usually in screens like "confirm" you could press "Left" to choose "Yes", and "Right" to choose "No".

Now it's the other way around: Left leads to selecting "No", Right selects "Yes".

Steps to reproduce: start some program like "The Question", press Alt-F4 to invoke the confirm screen, press Left.

Instead of "Yes", you see highlighted "No".

Navigation in other screens is probably affected too, but it's harder to diagnose.
