Some Questions on a few Translation Patches

#1 Post by Lunethex »

Did they ever finish a translation patch for "Shuffle!" and "Koihime Musou" ?

I've been googling for a while but all I've seen so far (even checking out Hongfire, who are usually the masters of this stuff), they say Shuffle!'s patch was going good but it died at 95%?

I can't even find anything for Koihime Musou.

Shuffle is officially released in English, so the fanpatch (if that's what you're looking for) would almost certainly have been pulled.

Koihime Musou is not out yet but is on the upcoming release list, so again...

Yes, on the official Mangagamer blog last week, Mangagamer were asking people's opinions on how a particular bit of Koihime Musou should be translated.
I released 3 VNs, many moons ago: Elven Relations (IntRenAiMo 2007), When I Rule The World (NaNoRenO 2005), and Cloud Fairy (the Cute Light & Fluffy Project, 2009).
More recently I designed the board game Steam Works (published in 2015), available from a local gaming store near you!

There was an unpolished fan translation patch which covered about the first two days of Shuffle. (I foolishly imported the DVD-ROM, and got it working.) But as the others said, it was never finished.
