@winternight & LVUER-- I've read the first book and a bit of the second... That's how far I was willing to go so it's pretty hard not to make fun of it at this point.

That's very true. If I were even remotely competent as an editor (I read past typos like I'm bilingual) I'd offer my services. Something did occur to me though from the snipit. If the kid doesn't want the teacher's attention he may not use a full sentence like that. A sharp shushing could convey the same message.

And heeerreeee's Briar! Man, I draw quickly, but that's both a good and bad thing. I like how the colors turned out mostly and his eyes o3o

Adam looks quite like Kageyama a guy from the 18+ otome game Brothers ~Koisuru Oniisama~. I found out about this game from a blog and it's.... Well. Yes, it is a game where you pursue your stepbrothers. Oh u Japan.

I'm glad you and azure like Briar's design, he is supposed to look feminine compared to Adam and Micheal. Speaking of which, Adam is being worked on next, and I have more time now that I'm out of school!

Instead of having a cynical male protagonist, I have a cynical female protagonist. GENIUS. Er, in all seriousness, this was made for fun facts and a little insight to teen!Amelia's thought process.

Another Fun Fact-- This may or may not be obvious, but Amelia's last name comes from one of my favorite authors, John Steinbeck. Yes, she likes his books a lot too
