The ATP world

Just for fun, here is how the world created for the ATP games looks like. The first time I got the idea of creating a special world was pretty much after Black Pencil, because that took place in an environment of Japanese names, but everything else was more or less modern European. I didn't want a purely Japanese or European setting, but no fusion either. So this is a hybrid, the elements are strictly separated - European looks, Japanese names, and it continued on to other projects.

More or less all the places here are mentioned somewhere in the games (the Akai region (RT), Kisukawa (GR) and several more) and the stories were also done to correspond with them. The most significant place is of course Ourou City where Gakuen Redux takes place, which has its own map, bus routes and so on (haven't tried to make it into a bitmap yet, though ^_^). To give you an idea of where the games take place, here's a basic list:

Black Pencil - Shinoka;
Gakuen Redux - Ourou City;
Idol/TYPE - Shinrin/Shinoka
Kaori - Shinoka;
Milk Swim - Ourou City;
Ori Ochi Onoe - Shinrin City
River Trap - Mizukagami City;
Transfer Teacher - Kai Hong (C-Country)

All in all, I let the world grow only when it needs to, so don't expect detailed maps Also, for instance, knowing that Hiroka Miyafuku (TT) is from J-Country and moves in to Kai Hong, I don't know where she might have lived before and I'm not going to make that up just for the sake of having a background on the characters. It's just to explain in case you're thinking I have this somehow thought out like those "worlds" they create for games or fantasy novels. My world is only as big as the games are.
