A small bug in shoujo attack

This is where all the old Lemma Soft-specific posts are (i.e. Tales of Lemma 1, Shoujo Attack!, and some Hanafuda Club). They are here for old times sake ^^

A small bug in shoujo attack

#1 Post by Zintar »

Maybe its just me. :?

When paused in a level, the program sometimes minimizes

to windows. :evil:

Actually, it happens almost every time I run the game. :cry:

:shock:
Now THAT'S a weird one... I can't think of any possible explanation for that, whatsoever ^_^;

Maybe you could try running different compatibility settings or a different desktop color-depth? You might also want to make sure that you have the latest Direct X from Microsoft. :wink: I think you need at least 7 or 8. Or 6. Or something (I forget! :oops:)

Does the minimizing only happen when you click the pause button or you press the "P" key or both?

I've got DX9. 8)

Hmm, I guess the "p" key.

After lots of research and thinking, I have the solution!

Don't press the "P" key :lol:

Okay, seriously, I'll see what the difference is between the P-key pause and the click pause in the code, but I don't think there's anything there that would cause the game to minimize. Do you think it might be some keyboard shortcut you set outside of the game? Maybe you have some weird Windows setting turned on.

If anyone else has this problem, please let me know about it. :wink:

I've got DX9, and the only times I've found it minimises is when a command prompt program runs, or my internet connnection redials itself.
