Merry Christmas
Well, the good old world clock shows that it's been Christmas for over four and a half hours on the appropriately named Christmas Island (in the easternmost timezone of this world).
So I thought I'd take this moment to wish everyone who celebrates it a Merry Christmas. And then I'd thought I'd go and also wish everyone who doesn't Happy Holidays.
Then I'd thought I'd link in a clip of a magical girl transforming into Santa Claus:

Tart called it. It's a clip from Itsudatte My Santa! episode 1, although the same stock footage is reused in the second episode.
I selected frames to try to represent the important parts of the transformations, although I left out parts of the transformation that involved too much, or too detailed, nudity. The process of converting to an animated gif involved pushing it down to 255 colors... which really hurts it, the original work is much nicer looking.
If you're not expecting too much, it's worth watching. It's ecchi on a level comparable with, say, the Negima! manga. The first episode follows the manga, while the second episode is completely original, AFAIK.
