Hey does anyone here have a favorite idol? Or at least do they know of any idols aht they like? Just state a few idols you may like and maybe link a pic to them.

Idol? As in one that we idolize? hmm.. can't say I have any... at least, not that I idolize. If one idolizes all you see is the good, which is just as bad as only seeing the wrong. ... heh... anyways....

I thought he meant J-Pop "idols" - ie Japanese pop stars. But I don't really know any. I really like music by I've (especially Kotoko) , and also Yui Horie. But 98% of what I've heard is anime music, so I don't really know...

Ahh... I a minor misunderstanding... *scolds himself for his ignorance in J-terms* Let'see... Would Hamaski Ayumi be considered and Idol. If so she has my vote.

Yeah Ayumi would be a very fine choice. Hehe I just forgot that I should probably say who my favorite is. My favorite idol is Rika Ishikawa, if you have no idea who she is you can see her on my deviantArt page which is linked in my signature.

I don't really follow J-idols all that closely, since most of what I have I've picked up off anime OSTs and the like - I don't go so far as to focus on a specific singer.

That being said, I tend to enjoy Maaya Sakamoto's work (starting from Escaflowne), and for some reason have a huge collection of Chihiro Yonekura (from MSG: 08th MS Team).

Now, if we start talking C-pop.....
