art critique\ requests

#1 Post by mooo »

This is my first time posting anything besides a comment, so any critique you can give me would be much appreciated. most of the photos are older drawings because i haven't drawn anything recently (so if anyone has any art requests i might draw them up). Honestly i dont know if my drawings are good and wether or not they belong on this forum. i started off drawing cartoons but quickly changed to other things. Sorry about the camera phone pictures, I have to buy a new scanner.

well SAI isnt that costly
it gives nice lineart and easy colouring

you can download a free trial version first if you like - it'll last for 30 days

Or around $65.

This thread makes me want to learn how to draw again :)
Since I have our site RSI, I used speech recognition by, sometimes this means I'll make some mistakes. :D

No one has ever told me that my art has inspired them thank you for this. I don't even know how to respond to such a gracious complement. I honestly dot think I am deserving, you are truly amazing ;to continue drawing after RSI is...inspiring. If there is ever anything i can do for you please let me know.

First off: Your art is good. It's a distinctive style with a character of it's own.

That said, the first picture seems elongated: not too tall, but too thin for someone that tall.
She's sun and rain: She's fire and ice. A little crazy, but it's nice.
Bliss Stage: Love is your weapon! A sci-fi visual novel about child soldiers coming of age. Kickstarter prerelease here. WIP thread here. Original tabletop game by Ben Lehman here. Tumblr here.

OMIGAWD your art is great
Especially the last one (or maybe it's my obsession with crazy characters kicking in) XD

P.S.: You have a very unique style, I like its slightly cartoony feel :D
