What is this project?
As the thread title says, this is Tower of Saviors Cries of Soul. It's a fan-made visual novel of the strategy-puzzle game Tower of Saviors by the developer MadHead for Android and iOS. If you're not familiar with the game, you may try playing it on the already mentioned devices, or, if you don't have mobile, you can always take a look at the wiki. XP
Summary
A bloody war has been going on for thousands of years between the gods and the demons, and now even the humans have gotten themselves involved in the war. It was then up to the Summoners to help bring peace to the realm, climbing the Enochain Tower to try and seek the highest god's help. But as they climbed higher up the tower, they found out more about the truth behind the god's true motive...

Lenio is a 19 year old young man who lived deep in the forest with his 10 year old sister, Linna. Even after their parents died from a hunting accident, they kept on living a happy and peaceful life, with their village far from the war zone. Linna hoped for Lenio to become a Summoner and bring her to his adventures, and Lenio promised her that he will become a summoner and bring her along on his adventures, protecting her and bringing peace to the realm. Everything changed one day, when the demon Astaroth invaded the village and killed his sister right in front of him. The devastated Lenio then decided to become a Summoner right after that, with guidance from Glauox, a mysterious owl person. He goes on a journey to bring peace to the realm, like what he promised his now-deceased sister who he brought along for the ride, and along the way, he makes friends, helps people, and learns new things.
Characters
Okay, so there are a LOT of characters in this game, if you will count all those summons... OAO Buuuuuuuuuuut, here is the cast of characters you can expect to see in the full game. There are still a lot, but at least not that much:
Lenio
An original character. He is the main character of the story. He went a teensy bit insane since he lost his sister Linna. He didn't resort to revenge since he was taught by the elders not to, but deep down he really wants to, so he is basically fighting with himself here.
Linna
An original character. Lenio's younger sister. Deceased. Lenio still keeps a part of her in memory. Pretty creepy, if you ask me.
Xaverine
An original character. A kind girl who works at the inn and always cares about the inn's guests. She helps Lenio with basic necessities, and she is learning medical stuff from her mother.
Kanra
An original character. Xaverine's mother. Was a medic at a war camp, but retired when she met Xaverine's father. She lost her husband after the monster attack in the town. A mother figure to Lenio.
Kina
An original character. A Summoner who specializes in summoning the Moirai Sisters. She is a bit of a pervert, but is a very cheerful girl. Idun has a crush on her.
Gunro
An original character. Another Summoner who has a crush on Xaverine. He misunderstands Xaverine and Lenio's relationship at first, but soon becomes good friends with Lenio and helps him strengthen his cards.
Glauox
Existing character. A mysterious owl person who doesn't remember anything except someone telling him to "protect". The questions are who or what? He becomes attracted to Lenio because of his want to learn about personality.
Nathaniel
Existing character. When he was still alive, he was an army general. Having been a Duke he is very humble. He falls in love with Lenio because of his royalty.
Hertz
Existing character. He is a mechanic for the Zodiac court. As a kid he had the blood of god in him, which made him a bit arrogant and caused his childhood friend to get into big trouble. He's quite short tempered but still a very kind man. He is the oldest among those of the Zodiac courts.
John
Existing character. He bears a curse that was cast upon him in his childhood and his messed up past. Was taken in by an assassin and became his student. He has killed so much he has come to think that he was born to be an assassin with the help of his curse. Even though the curse might go out of control, he has fallen in love with Hertz because of his patience to listen.
Red Boy
Existing character. The son of Demon King Bull. He was searching for his missing father when he met with Hertz in the ruins and became his student and the next in line in the Court of Sagittarius. Fallen in love with Hertz because of their time spent together.
Dipankara
Existing character. He was born being embraced by his mother who is mute. She died after giving birth to him and carving her wish onto the base of the Tree of Wish while embracing him to keep him warm in the winter wind. He became a Xian and is a mentor to Nezha. He is oblivious to Nezha's feelings for him, but he still has slight feelings towards Nezha.
Nezha
Existing character. He was born a normal human child, but after his father scarified him to the Dragon King of Sea, he killed himself but then got resurrected by the Xian with a weak lotus body, and was entrusted to Dipankara. Can't control his own power and can rampage anytime. Hated Dipankara but deep down he is in love with him.
Alma
Existing character. She is an assassin who got betrayed by the corrupted gods. She hated demons at first but after the incident, her hate geared towards those who are corrupted. Her hair and eyes are not her original colour. Because of the demon blood she is injected with, she has a scorpion tail.
Cateua
Existing character. The younger twin sister of Ravniss, born a Siamese twin. She fought for the god side along with her sister, but got betrayed and their powers went out of control. Fallen in love with Alma because of her way of teaching her new things and showing it to her. Alma falls in love after getting to know Cateua.
Idun
Existing character. One of the Moirai Sisters, and one of Kina's cards/summons. In the past she was a priestess, tasked to take care of the Eternal Apple. She lost her ability to grow older, and was tasked to calm down Odin when he is awake and feed Nidhog her fruits to calm it down.
Poseidon
Existing character. He was found by Zeus after he cut open their father's stomach, did not agree with what his brother is doing. Got banished to the sea and lost his leg, but got tentacles as replacement limbs. In love with Medusa.
Medusa
Existing character. Was once a beautiful maiden, but got turned into a snake by Athena, and blames Poseidon for what happened. She got her head cut off by Athena to curse her worshippers that are trying to hit on her. Poseidon called out for war to avenge her.
Stephen
Existing character. Worked together with Jackie in the post office. In love with her, innocent and naïve. And then he got killed by Ed. His body got burned to ashes, but he refused to die and turned into a demon to find Jackie.
Jackie
Existing character. A princess of demons, she ran away because of her strict father, and wants to live a peaceful life. Saw Stephen as an idiot, naïve and persistent, but has gradually grown found of him. She released her power after Stephen is killed by Ed to get revenge, but she accidentally burned his body to ashes. She has modified her body and is now out to kill demons to protect people.
Sean
Existing character. A warrior under Nathaniel's commend. Died because of him sacrificing himself to let Molly and the others move on. Has a mysterious past life.
Molly
Existing character. A sorceress and also a childhood friend of Nathaniel. She is in love with Sean, but lost control of her power after Sean died, resulting in doom.
Pollux and Castor
Existing characters. They share a body since Castor is born dead. Pollux sacrificed his right eye to keep Castor alive and wield dual sword together, but after years of this, Castor's soul is starting to fade...
Luna
Existing character. She wants justice for everyone. She can communicate with Michael and Lucifer, and housed Michael's soul after his body was killed by Lucifer because of his obsessive love for Michael. Luna doesn't know that there's something both archangels are hiding from her.
Galio
Existing character. He was banished by the gods into the Dark Cove for his mistake even though he is a great warrior, and his arrogance caused him great pain. Killed a lion by using his bare hands. After being raised up again, he is now a wiser warrior. But then he went missing....
Ravniss
Existing character. Older twin sister of Cateua. She is the more gentle one while Cateua is the more aggressive one.

- a WHOPPING 15 romance routes (5 for BxG, 5 for BxB, and 5 for GxG... This is for the main game, anyway. The demo won't be touching on anything)

Questions:
Despite everything (both demo and full game) being released for free and this being a fan game, the writer, Kina_Skynight, wants to fund the production of the full game via Kickstarter.
