my phone exits the game after 1 minute after entering visual novel style games. not because the game is big or small. even my old phone samsung galaxy j7 2016 could open the games but this phone can't. how can I fix it?

Can you run adb logcat, and get the logs from the crash?

You don't need root, but you will need to put your device into developer mode, and use a PC to get the logcat information.
