I think most girl would freak out, especially when they never do "that" or the boy never see the girl in underwear or at least bathing suit.

I think this applies more to 20+ couples and more common in the western countries. They most definitely would be beyond the naked phase.

I never really went into a specialized underwear store. I just usually buy a generic one with nice little patterns on them. I think that for those cases, a guy can easily estimate between the small-medium-large sizes. xD I don't know how specific underwear can be, so I can't say much for that. xD

There are not a great deal of men who are game enough to step into a lingerie store though and some of them look so flustered when they do, like they want to bolt.

PROTIP:
I was once hanging with some friends, and the two girls in our group went into a lingerie store. I followed them inside while the other guys stayed outside looking embarrased. Later one of the girls commented on how manly it made me look.

I think it's because they think there's no dirty mind crosses your mind when entering woman's lingerie store (hence you're not embarrassed)... and that's manly ^_^
