I will also say that I am a fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender show. So stoked for the Legend of Korra!

To tell you the truth, my taste in cartoons changed when I started watching anime, if my liking Avatar is any indication. So I started liking shows like Teen Titans, Megas XLR and Sym-bionic Titan. Giant Robot cartoons. XD

The new Thundercats show is really top notch, although that's English/Japanese production.

I also dig the new My Little Pony show. Applejack is my best friend. :D

Honorable mentions include Spongebob, Fairly Oddparents, Total Drama Island series, and Young Justice.

  • Wakfu is absolutely inspiring, artwise. And good for my french.
  • Samurai Jack is, I think, one of the best things I have ever watched.

Just to name a few...

Batman: The Animated Series (all 5 seasons I believe from old to new animation, solid storytelling, great animation and music)
X-Men
Courage the Cowardly Dog
MLP:FiM (Stylistically reminds me of the Power Puff Girls)
The Regular Show
Archer (Adult Swim comedy)
Ventura Bros. (Adult Swim postmodernist cartoon)

Archer counts. They didn't say it had to be kids shows XD

...uh...

Is it bad I don't really have any cartoons that I like?
I mean, as a kid I liked Rugrats a lot but besides that I don't particularly like cartoons anymore. -w-; Just watch anime now.

I'm surprised Samurai Jack hasn't been mentioned more often. I still think of it as the best cartoon ever. Other awesome mentions go to Courage the Cowardly Dog, Sheep in the Big City, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Justice League.

Oh, another cartoon that is amazing is this Chinese cartoon that uses 3D animation. Set in ancient China, during the first dynasty of its existance, it's got the whole martial arts thing going on. It's called Qin's Moon.

I guess I watched more non-japanese cartoons than anime for the past few years~
Because animes in local channels my country are so repetitive (Slam Dunk, Yuyu Hakusho etc.)

1. Phineas and Ferb - My favorite~ They are so awesome.
2. Spongebob - Who don't?
3. Avatar: The Last Air bender
4. Dexters Lab
5. Powerpuff Girls?
6. Tom and Jerry - My ultimate classic favorite~

2 Futurama
3 Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea
4 Batman Beyond
5 Justice League / Unlimited
It's hard to choose betwin the 3 on top of the list.

Edit: I forgot the "Once Upon a Time..." series, it's produced since 1978 from now. i realy liked thes one when i was a kid, not sure i will still enjoy them now, I have to retry. :D

I dont watch much cartoons anymore, these days i'm too busy playing games. I think i've seen every cartoon there is to see. my favourites would have to be:
1. Betty Boop (Only on my top list becuse i'm a Boopaholic, so of course i watch the cartoon every now and then.)
2. Drawn Together
3. Family Guy
4. American Dad (I only watch it becuse the alien Roger is hilarious)
5. The Simpsons

I used to watch shows like Powerpuff Girls, Dexters Lab, Fairly Odd Parents. In my country all three shows dont air anymore. They made way for shows such as Gumball and Adventure Time and loads of new shows. (Yes i have younger siblings, so cartoon network is on all the time.) I'm more into cartoon shows that have an adult nature and i would class The Simpsons somewhere along that genre, only Family Guy goes all out... and sometimes too far.

Gravity Falls is AMAZING.

The New Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated is really surprisingly good. It has ongoing story lines that are really interesting and love interest subplots that I think everyone has always seen but has never been explored.

Adventure Time - Charming if not strange.

Young Justice is really good, but anything by DC animation is a good time.

I haven't watched it myself, but I've heard some good things (mainly from my sister) about Motorcity. 0:
