No worries! We can always just ask the requester to change their request if their SS does not have the required skills or time to fill out the original request. As a general tip to those who have volunteered or are considering volunteering: Try to have a back-up wish in mind (not posted publicly, but maybe write it on a Microsoft Document or something) just in case your SS says "Sorry, I don't have the skills or time to do this". I'll try to have some sort of back-up plan in mind just in case my SS can't fill out either of my requests, too.

Coder - Code for accessibility features like enlarging text and such or, one of my drabbles using free resources if you want Something artsy I guess?

art - youtube channel art at the size of a tv screen with my characters (ill post it when its time).

music - a 3 minute action sound like exploring battle of a boss fight.

programming - a easter egg code to lets the player some how discover it by chance.

voice actor- i dont know, i have no plans to add voice in my novel games.

video editing - i dont know as well, i mostly do it since i have all the resource to make one.

What I can offer:
-Concept or Character Art, done by me.
-A 2-page comic adaptation of a scene from your VN.
-Proofreading/ Critique (You probably won't want this as a present. Probably. I can be pretty harsh.)

What I want:
-Being noticed by senpai or getting Miyuki Sawashiro to voice Mimi
-I don't really have preferences. Surprise me.
-I lied. I want/need promotional art I can feature in an in-game gallery for my current project, Sedatophobia. Other than that I'll take anything.

I can offer writing (well, drabbles and maybe other) and drawing (just nothing colored or fancy, concept art is the easiest for me) and proofreading.
I can do a bit of translation (Japanese to English) and (Chinese to English) but I kind of doubt anyone would ask for that, but if you want a short piece under 6 minutes translated (anime drama CD), if I know the show, I'm pretty sure I'd be able to get a general gist for it and should be able to give a script-like translation (but it's an uncertainty since I'm still learning and I haven't watched all the anime out there).

Art - yuri fanart of Hua and Hong from a manhua called All Hail Empress Her Majesty by ZCloud
Writing - Some cute yuri thing
Other - I look forward to surprises, but note that I like cute girls. I'm not too good with yaoi, sorry.

Great news--we already have one back-up SS volunteer! If anyone else wants to volunteer to be a back-up SS, feel free! Though if you're also going to be an SS yourself, keep in mind it might have to mean a bit extra work for yourself.

Last year it was a lot of fun. I'm still amazed for the present my SS (nero279) gave me.

I just want to take the time to thank xavimat for their Secret Santa Randomizer from last year, which I will be using this year!

Can I join?

I can offer drawings of original characters or fanart, though I will need references if it's a fandom I am not familiar with. Both normal style and cute chibi. I mostly do traditional art, but I can attempt simple pixel art as well.
Wishlist: I would love to have art of the two main characters in my project, Wish. Or a piece of soft, haunting instrumental music I could use as a theme song.
