As the tittle said, i want to make a game with some scenaries that i've seen in mugen and i want to extract but i don't know how... D:

Do you mean to extract a scenery from a game created by "Mugen" software? Is it a legal thing to do? You should ask the creator first.

Having read the
README on the website, it seems as though you can use the 'environment' as long as it's for non-commercial use and if you identify what you've used. Though if it's a background ripped from a commercial game then the story changes...
Anyway, as for how you might be able to use the background, there should be a Mugen editor you can download that let's you create and edit the screen packs. It's been a long time since I fiddled with Mugen...
