Okay, here's the problem:
Each time I try to open the "edit script" icon for a new game nothing happens even though the thing says it "launched" the editor with two script files, I do not understand what is going on here.
The platform I use is Windows 98, if that helps.
Script edit problem.

It's quite possible that the text editor may no longer be supported on Windows 98. When you change into the editor/ directory and run scite.exe , what happens?

I've got the same problem....the actual editor works, but when I try to open the "edit script" option it says "launched editor with 2 script files" or something like that, but the editor never comes up with those "2 script files", the editor just doesn't come on at all.PyTom wrote:It's quite possible that the text editor may no longer be supported on Windows 98. But when I go to the directory and open up scite.exe, the blank script editor shows.
