ReSet Ep 1 : Thief of All Hearts
Train of Afterlife.
Decorus Carcer.
Finding a prom date.
Soul&Heart.
Anton's Vacation: Episode Two.
Dream's Dénouement.
Parallel Distortion.

I have also played others that may not be on this list as they were no longer than five-ten seconds, or the art wasn't 'visually invoking' enough, shall we say - to continue.

On the iPad, I have:

East Tower. Be My Princess. London Detective Story. Pure Love. Pinky Distortion. My Sweet Prince. Actor To Be. Konkatsu For Marriage. Ninja Love. My Forged Wedding. Pirates in Love. Heian Love. ren'ai shugi Road to Emerald. Junipers Knot. Ketai: Guardians. Purelove.

I am open to suggestions, although there are many smaller games that I have played, then deleted, so I may have missed naming them. The reason I have stayed away from translated games as I do not know how to patch them (would be glad if someone would teach me), and I do not want to change the region to Japanese on my laptop.

A majority of her lest seems to be GxB/Otome, but I did see 1 BxG game, a couple BxB games, and a few non-rom ones. (And one BxG/BxB/GxB game)

EDIT: Since when is Yo-Jin-Bo an EVN?!

It's *english* in the sense that it's IN english. Many of those iphone games are not originally written in English either. When you're looking for games to play, the fact that they're in english NOW is generally the important part!

Hello,

Apologies for the late reply, I did in fact also play Episode one but as I mentioned in the post some of them were bound to be missing due to the cultivated size of the list - it was wrote largely from memory not with all of the games saved in files in front of me.

Thank you so much for your link, AxemRed! I've found it very helpful and I'm going to look through it more now.

I do prefer GxB otome, but enjoy a good mystery / adventure / horror if the storyline and art are also compelling.

Have a good evening everyone, and thank you for all of your replies.

Chu~

You tried out hakuoki and persona 3?
It's worth getting a psp just for those, pick up a cheap second hand one for fifty dollars and a cheap copie of those two games and you'll be set for a while. I spent a hundred hours on p3, and 30 on hakuoki

I have played the X-note demo, as aforementioned some will be forgotten from the list - although I was sure I had wrote that one down, oh well my mistake.

Thanks, nottiebutt. I have been considering buying one for a while after playing on my housemates.

See if you can find Ever 17 ~The Out Of Infinity~ anywhere. Released under the same license as Yo-Jin-Bo.
It's not GxB but it IS mystery (and I'm pretty sure it's not BxG or GxG or BxB). I actually got scared a couple of times. It's huge, it's long AND it has a story.
Perhaps not your cup of tea (per se), but I enjoyed it immensely (why past tense? I've still not finished it! Must dig it out again....)
Without communication, nothing is possible.

Actually, Ever 17 is pretty firmly a BxG bishojo (if you couldn't tell from the mainly female cast with male protagonist(s)). However, 999 on the Nintendo DS, which is kind of like a spiritual successor, is pure mystery.

It didn't strike me as such. I was enjoying the story. I'd never finished it (as I said) so I wouldn't've been really able to say either way.

I'd recommend Umineko no Naku Koro Ni. Witch Hunt made patches of it sometime ago, and you have to have the original game (which is the downside). There are two versions of it though, the original PC game and the PS3 one. It's a KN, though.

Reason: We don't promote illegally acquiring licensed software. Umineko no Naku Koro Ni is a splendid title, but you should buy it and then apply the language patch.
