Quick question...

#1 Post by TheMigratingCoconut »

I don't know if this has already been asked, and if it has let me know. I downloaded and tried to use Novelty before Ren'Py and with that we can put all of one characters images into one file and cycle through them as we need them. Is it possible to do something like this with Ren'Py? I've got quite a few different expressions for the characters I'm using and it'll take quite a long time to type a line of code for each and every one.

I've never use Novelty (honestly to me it's quite hard) but I believe it's almost the same concept. You can just have one image and use it all over again anytime, in condition you code it.

The coding in renpy is quite easy actually, if someone who didn't having any coding skills like me at first can do it, I'm sure you'll get it even faster.

You can check here for more : www.renpy.org/wiki/
