[Closed] Looking for a Line Artist

#1 Post by Yagairudi »

Hey everyone, I'm looking for another artist to serve as a line artist. This person will assist me with drawing character sprites and maybe other assets. I was originally creating the sketches for the sprites and finalizing the line art, but I am in need for an artist who can match my style or create a style that has a semi-realistic anime-ish look: ex1, ex2, ex3. I have a budget to pay people to help create a demo, so funding is tight. I am planning to eventually set up a crowdfunding campaign to create a full product, but yeah I'm willing to pay upfront for now. The project I'm planning to develop is an attorney simulator in a form of a visual novel.

Please send me a PM if you're interested in working with me on this project! Please let me know your rates ahead of time for a demo. :D

This post has been updated. Originally I was looking for a background artist and we're currently working together. I want to develop an attorney simulator in a form of a visual novel. By the way, I'm another artist...but I'm pretty busy with other things so I'm willing to hire a couple more people to help me create a demo. Here's some characters I sketched up

Hello there, this is Hinata Yoyo.

I produce work through various styles and painting method depending on the purpose of the work.

Here's a quick preview of how I do my work...

Unfortunately, I don't upload my work very often, but here are where I usually upload my work.

I also do background art as well, samples would be provided upon requests.

Here are the price listings(all in USD)
The payment rate for per character
Anime, Cell-shaded(half-body): $60-80
Anime, Painted for specific game genre(RPG, Visual Novel, Puzzle, Horror):
$80-100
For non-anime styles, would be an additional of $5.

The payment rate per additional face expression (eyes/mouth only)
Anime, Cell-shaded: $1-2, $5 for per pose with 3 expressions
Anime, Painted for specific game genre: $2, $8 for per pose with 3
expressions.

I am also available for making in-game CG and background, examples would be provided upon requests.
Prices may vary and could be negotiated due to the complication of the work.

The turnaround for 4-5 characters(including all expressions) usually take
4-6 weeks, depending on the workflow.

Let me know if you are interested.

Hello there! I was wondering, are you still looking for a writer? If so, I can send you my details via PM. Suffice it to say that, while my account is new, I've been grinding away as a writer for many years now. I'd be very interested in working with you.

Send me a PM with a rate for being an assistant artist. I will draw up the characters as well, I just need an extra hand to help me come up with poses for sprites. Also I'm planning to release a demo within 6 months.

Due to my busy schedule, I'm looking for a line artist who can replicate my style or have a semi-realistic anime style. Here are the sprites I did so far.

I pretty much provide sketches of the poses I need drawn and the line artist will provide line art. I'll either color the line art or have another artist do the coloring. The sprites you all see will change base one what artist I choose to do line art.

Okay, so to help me out a bit, if anyone is interested in this position...if it's not too much to ask, I think a quick sketch of one of the character sprites I posted will help me decide which one is a good fit for the style I'm looking for. The style I'm looking for is semi-realistic.

The sketch is voluntary, but if anyone wants to submit a sketch, please PM the sketch to me along with your rates.
