It means something very similar to 'pirated' these days... often people will use 'bootleg' to mean something which was copied from a friend, while 'pirating' is copying from an unknown source or selling illegal copies for money, but those aren't by any means perfectly-defined terms.

I never hear/know broadway music, so no answer on this one.
12. Besides DVDs, what anime product is often bootlegged?
Video games, poster.
13. Other than English or Japanese, what language you have seen anime dubbed in?
Indonesia, since I live there. Also Korea and China since both country are big anime consumer too.
14. What is an annoying cliché from anime?
Lovable little sister that fall in love with her own onii-chan, teacher (woman) with very young look (and eventually fall in love with the protagonist).
15. What is a Japanese insult besides “baka”?
Aho, kisama, omae, ina ona (sorry if I spell any of these wrong).
16. What anime has been made into an abridged parody?
Yu-Gi-Oh.
17. What is a stereotype people have of otaku?
Glasses, love to lock him/herself in a room, love to cosplay and loves taking pictures of cosplayers.
18. Name an exceptionally politically incorrect anime or manga.
Too many of them, but I can't really remember any of them. Basically, they think Japan is so great and did right things in WW2. Almost no anime that dare to mention how ruthless and cruel Japan in WW2.
19. What anime has paranormal investigators
Meitantai Loki.
20. What is a common misconception people have of anime or manga?
They are only for children.

16. What anime has been made into an abridged parody? Yu-Gi-Oh! Also Naruto, Ouran Host Club, Haruhi Suzumiya, Pokemon... but my answer is Yu-Gi-Oh!

11.) a comedy anime based on Avenue Q would be cool.

12.) Any power ranger esque product. Example Super Sentai has so many bootlegged action figures.

13.) Portuguese [Yu yu hakusho]

14.) Hero wins through cheap secret powers that has never been mentioned until 2 seconds prior to the ownage.

Harem where the leading guy is a "normal high schooler".

Yu gi oh!, Naruto, Dragon ball, K-on!, Princess Tutu, D.Gray-man, Kannazuki no miko, Card Captor Sakura, Sailor Moon, Sukisho!, Outlaw Star (theres alot more)

[you know how girl always fallen in love with the nice guy? then the bad guy (preferably nice guy friend) interfere and the girl starts to hate the bad(+usually hot) guy. In the end the girl learns that the bad guy is not really bad, have a tragic past, etcetc you could think of, then the girl ends up with bad guy leaving the nice guy to rot. oh well XD]
15. What is a Japanese insult besides “baka”? [teme/temera XD]
16. What anime has been made into an abridged parody? [I liked Yu-Gi-Oh! parody the best]
17. What is a stereotype people have of otaku? [people have image 'it's always the-not-handsome/pretty-guy/girl' and then they blurt out 'they always screams MOE!', 'wear a thick glasses', 'collects lots of figurines that they sacrifice all their meal money' etc etc :/]
